Educate
Through our home ownership group sessions or our online homeownership
programs, our financial well-being coaches will provide you with all the information you need to become a homebuyer.

Assess
Your allocated coach will assess yourreadiness forthe home buying process, and they will verify that your credit score is above the minimum required for homeownership. The coach will also gather important information on the area where you wish to purchase, and price qualification and they will handle the process for your bond pre-qualification, finance approval,andvarious service providers.

Coach
Once your assessment is completed and the report is emailed to you, our system will help schedule your telephonic coaching session where your coach will explain the findings, discuss your home ownership journey map with you including: How long the process may take, the milestones, what will be expected from you at each step and how they will work with you.

Connect
Homeownership is a process, once your plan and milestones have been discussed and agreedupon you, new home buyers join the ZConnetClubat a fee of R365 per month,the club membership gives you the access to your coach to work with you through each step of your home ownership journey until property transfer and you have moved into your new home.Your coach will connect you to what you need as part of their relationship with you.
