Our Founder
Our founder, Zibu MaSotobe, is a miner's daughter. When her father was retrenched in 1998, he was removed from the mine housing, and her family dropped below the poverty line. 15yrs later, Zibu founded a firm that ensures that employees across sectors have adequate financial literacy, are empowered with homeownership assistance and that their children have security from homelessness in case of retrenchment or job losses.
Zibu has an MBA from the prestigious University of Stellebosch Business School, an MDP from the UNISA School of Business leadership, a bachelor's degree from the University of Zululand, and has attended post-graduate study in New York State, at Syracuse University as well as in Paris France, at Ieseg College. Zibu has been internationally recognized for her work and has received the following awards and recognition for her excellence.
